Does Fondle ship overseas?

At the moment, we are only able to deliver waxes internationally.
Do look out for updates on international shipping for our shampoos and conditioners as well!
To ensure customers receive their products, international orders would be shipped through registered mail, and thus there would be additional charges for shipping.

 

Do you wrap the products before shipping?

Rest assured that all purchases are carefully wrapped to order with bubble wrap. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the condition of products upon arrival, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, so you should receive your products within 5 working days!

 

What if I have keyed in the wrong address?

If you have provided us with incorrect details, and notified us about it immediately it is likely that it can be rectified before the order is shipped and you would still get your items! Otherwise, we would not be held liable for any lost mail.

 

I have opted to pay via “Direct Bank Transfer”, now what?

Once you have opted to use Direct Bank Transfer to make a payment, you will be taken to a page with our bank details provided for you to transfer payments to. Once payment has been provided, your order will be processed and shipped!

IMPORTANT: Please do include your order number in reference so that we may verify payment has been made. If you are unable to include the reference number, do take a photo of the receipt as proof and email it to us with your order number as the subject to [email protected]. If no reference is included or we are unable to verify payment for order, we WILL NOT be able to ship the order and will not be held responsible.
